We're getting our folk-rock on at the Rubicon Theatre in
"I Dig Rock and Roll Music"
“Love is but a song we sing . . ."
Way back in the spring of 2011 two fresh faced actor/musicians met in the basement of a little theatre in Ventura, CA. They were there to perform in a folk-music musical, and somewhere between “This Land is Your Land” and “Tambourin Man” they fell in love.
We’re talking about ourselves, of course! And we couldn’t be happier to be back on the stage at the scene of our courtship, making music with old friends and new. “I Dig Rock and Roll Music” is a folk-rock concert featuring beloved songs of the 60’s and 70’s as well as some originals by the songwriters in the cast. The band is hot, the voices are sweet, and the love is real.
We can’t seem to stay in one place for too long . . .
After a picture perfect summer in the sparkling Pacific Northwest we packed our guitars and our fifty-pound suitcases and headed South to to the land of citrus and avocados. We’re here for theatre work, mostly, but we’ve managed to squeeze in a few Trevor & Sylvie gigs. So if you’re in California, join us on one of the dates below. We’d love to see you!
If you’d like to attend one of the private house concerts, please message us for more information!

Handmade footage of music, theatre, and silliness . . .
Our officially informal, ridiculously serious newsletter wouldn’t be complete without a little fresh footage, so we’ll be sharing a new video with you each time we drop into your inbox! We’re not promising quality, though, so lower your expectations! (wink, wink)
Today we’re sharing a sneak peak of some of the footage from our upcoming music video for “Stolen Flowers,” filmed this summer on San Juan Island by Trevor’s very talented brother, Aaron Wheetman. As you might imagine, things got a little goofy on set . . .
